DWG continues to support the Rippe & Kingston software implementation as the means to realize the “should-be” process designs for Project Assignment, Project Tracking/Management and Billing & Collections. Last week the detailed requirements for the “should-be” process flow were established with the software developers. Rippe & Kingston standard reports were scrutinized to ensure no overlap in effort as the HAI Performance Scorecard project moves forward. The team is focused on developing SOPs and training for personnel who will operate the new system.
Accomplishments Last Week (April 27-May 1)
1. DWG reviewed Rippe & Kingston sample reports and developed a plan for integration into the HealthCare Appraisers Performance Scorecard.
2. DWG began development of SOPs for Project Assignment and Project Tracking/ Management in preparation for training of HAI personnel in conjunction with Rippe & Kinston software implementation and training.
3. DWG continued support of detailed requirements documentation for Rippe & Kingston software implementation.
4. DWG arranged and participated in a demonstration of a state-of-the-art eLearning platform; LearnerNation, which will greatly accelerate new employee learning curves and reduce variation in the quality and cycle time of matters.

1. DWG will finalize FMV request assignment criteria with partners, and will develop service line definitions with subject matter experts across all service lines.
2. Project Tracking/Management, Project Assignment, and Billing & Collections “should-be” process training materials and SOPS will continue to be developed in conjunction with Rippe & Kingston software design.
3. The HealthCare Appraisers Performance Scorecard project plan requirements will be developed this week, including a timeline for implementation. Kim Edoff will co-lead this project with Doug Williams.
