DWG continues to support the Rippe & Kingston software implementation as the means to realize the “should-be” process designs for Project Assignment, Project Tracking/Management and Billing & Collections. This week on-site training on the software will be delivered by Rippe & Kingston personnel. Once training is completed and the project team has some hands on experience, DWG will participate in an end-to-end system design walkthrough, currently scheduled for May 27. Once the system design is finalized, DWG will continue to support the implementation by developing SOPs and training materials.
Accomplishments Last Week (May 11-May 15)
1. Project Tracking/Management, Project Assignment, and Billing & Collections “should-be” process training materials and SOPS continued to be developed in conjunction with Rippe & Kingston software design.
2. DWG developed a project plan for implementation of the HAI Performance Scorecard and hosted a detailed walkthrough of the QuickScore software for the HAI Performance Scorecard Implementation Team.
Accomplishments Expected This Week (May 18-May 22)
1. DWG will develop a matrix of goals, measures, and related improvement projects to serve as the starting point for application of the QuickScore software.
2. In consideration of the Rippe & Kingston software training, there are no on-site improvement activities scheduled this week.
