DWG continues to support the Rippe & Kingston software implementation as the means to realize the “should-be” process designs for Project Assignment, Project Tracking/Management and Billing & Collections. In addition to establishing requirements at the field level for all data elements necessary to support the business of valuation, the software must support an efficient flow. Having developed the “should-be” process design will guide Rippe & Kingston’s professional services personnel to a rapid and effective deployment of the software. Emphasis now will be placed on developing SOPs and training for personnel who will operate the new systems.
